Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our internal databases and client records. Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into internal systems and databases
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Perform regular data quality checks and reports
Support other departments with data-related tasks and documentation
Organize and archive documents as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
