About the Role

The Manager for Suit Your Fancy Lingerie and Adult Boutique will oversee and perform daily operations -- manage inventory, ensure a high standard of customer service, supervise staff and maintain store organization.

Responsibilities

• Operation of store during open hours, arriving to work by 10am to perform any number of tasks that must be done before opening: banking, vacuuming, restocking, watering lawn, etc. Staying after closing as long as it takes to complete the close-down processes (make out bank deposit and change order, close out POS, complete time sensitive project, etc.).
• Manage Store Inventory
• Receive new inventory, enter it into POS system, tag it, and put it out on store floor.
• Track and update extra stock inventory list. Maintain extra stock inventory and accuracy.
• Re-stock inventory. (Check daily receipts against extra stock data base and re-stock accordingly).
• Follow and oversee cleaning schedule.
• Manage Social Media posts.
• Responsible for supervising other employees and making sure all shifts are covered.

Minimum Qualification

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Understanding of proper work dress
• Highly developed sense of professional work ethic
• Ability to separate work time from personal time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail management
• Experience in managing others
• Customer service experience
• Understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word and Social Media

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits after probationary period.
