Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months plus extension

Overview :

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their forward-thinking technology team. This role blends strategic architectural planning with hands-on Salesforce development and data integration. You'll be instrumental in helping us harness our data ecosystem to power smarter decisions and enable enterprise-wide transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Implement Data Architecture
  Develop scalable data models and architecture within Salesforce that align with business needs and enable impactful reporting and analytics.
• Hands-On Salesforce Development
  Work directly with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flow, Flow Orchestrator, and tools like Data Sync Pro to build and enhance Salesforce functionality.
• Data Integration & ETL
  Create and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using MuleSoft, Informatica, and other ETL tools.
• Data Migration
  Lead end-to-end data migration efforts-including cleansing, transforming, and loading data-ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Governance & Quality
  Define and enforce data governance best practices to maintain high data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
• System Optimization
  Optimize data storage, access, and application performance within Salesforce.
• Analytics & Dashboards
  Design dashboards and custom reports to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Mentorship & Leadership
  Mentor junior developers and analysts on best practices in data architecture and Salesforce development.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve
  Continuously explore new Salesforce capabilities and industry trends to evolve our architecture and drive innovation.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  Partner with IT, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and modeling, ideally in Salesforce-heavy environments
• Expertise in Salesforce data structures, Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Proficient in integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Knowledge of data governance best practices
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud, Architecture & Management Designer, Salesforce Architect)
• Hands-on experience with cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
