LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading nonprofit healthcare organization that serves communities all throughout the Midwest.


Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative contract Social Media Specialist to join their marketing and communications team. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating online presence, engaging diverse audiences, and supporting their mission to help people live well.



Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling content aligned with social media strategy.
• Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media channels. W
• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and foster a positive online community.
• Regularly share compelling content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) to highlight our teammates and services, boost engagement and build our reputation.
• Craft daily posts and implement targeted ad campaigns with professionally branded visuals that inspire action.
• Travel to various locations in the Milwaukee area to capture fresh, relevant content that aligns with current trends and our evergreen messaging, ensuring our social media feeds are always vibrant and up-to-date.
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends and best practices.

Social Media Specialist Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of social media marketing experience
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in designing graphics and videos for various social media platforms
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Candidates must live in the Milwaukee area

Contract Details:

• Must be open to working an average of 25-30 hours per week
• Must be open to working a contract role for a range of 6 months
• Candidates must be open to working remote but also with going on-site to events in the Milwaukee area
