Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing) Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus 
• 8 years in UX research within industry or agency settings 
• Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects 
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences 
• Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods 

• Ability to translate research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Lead research discussions and presentations, articulating findings and design rationale to stakeholders 
• Create research documentation, reports, and strategic insights 
• Develop test scripts, conduct user testing, analyze results, and present findings
