Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft /integration Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MuleSoft and EDI technologies or similar integration technologies , as well as a deep understanding of business processes and requirements. The MuleSoft Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and defining solutions using MuleSoft /Integration tool with EDI focus . This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our organization's success and growth.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvemen t.
A nalyzes business needs and designs business process flows in collaboration with the stakeholders, participating in areas such as, but not limited to documentation of business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories , BRD’s
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MuleSoft and EDI solutions.
Act as the liaison between the Customer business units and the IT support staff responsible for coordination of activities with SMEs, Business , Program Mgmt and IT teams .
Works directly with subject matter experts, vendors and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, documentation and training within complex technology and business solution programs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Create user stories using AGILE framework in tools like Azure Devops /JIRA
Create end to end data flow diagrams from source to target systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MuleSoft and EDI systems
Provide training and support to end-users on MuleSoft and EDI tools
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to MuleSoft and EDI technologies
Participate in project planning and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
Establishes key performance indicators to evaluate progress, scorecards and dashboards in alignment with the business plans and objectives .
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
E xperience as a Business Analyst, preferably in MuleSoft and EDI technologies
Exposure to MuleSoft and EDI concepts and similar tools
Experience with data mapping, data transformation, and data integration using MuleSoft and EDI tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget
Preferred qualifications
Understanding of MuleSoft Cloud Platform or similar integration platform
Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols such as EDIFACT, X12, and AS2 , SFTP
Experience with API development and integration
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with Salesforce integration using MuleSoft
Ability to write SQL queries and perform data analysis
Experience with other integration tools such as Dell Boomi or Informatica .
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
