**Job Description** _This role is categorized as_ **_HYBRID_** _. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits._ The **Marketing Enablement Lead** will serve as a key member of the Global Marketing Strategy & Enablement team, supporting implementation of a cross-tier go-to-market framework that positions General Motors as a leader in the customer shopping journey. This role will require you to integrate across the enterprise to build and drive a seamless, multi-faceted marketing approach applicable to all vehicle brands, as well as across marketing channels - media, CRM, site and social. The ideal candidate brings GM multi-channel marketing and operational implementation experience, excels in managing complex projects, and thrives in cross-functional environments. **Key Responsibilities include:** + Facilitate cross-functional teams in defining a cross-tier strategy framework that supports each functions objectives within an integrated marketing approach. + Identify operational requirements and considerations for implementation across marketing channels, collaborating with other functions. + Integrate the Tier 3 dealer perspective into the development process, leveraging dealer insight and experience across channels and systems. + Champion the strategic implementation of a cross-tier marketing framework for CRM and web applicable across vehicle brands and aligned to Tier 1. + Coordinate and manage cross-tier workstreams, identifying key components, interdependencies, and shared objectives across teams and tiers. + Drive planning across marketing technology and marketing science workstreams, identifying interdependencies and ensuring planning for shared objectives. + Build strong relationships across functions to ensure integration of cross-tier strategy within broader marketing goals. + Develop updates for senior leadership and dealer council groups to demonstrate progress and drive strategic decision making. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree required. Preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field. + 6+ years of experience in Marketing, CX, Media or project management. + Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple moving parts across functions. + Marketing expertise including website, dealer marketing, and marketing channel implementations (Web, CRM, Media, Social) + Experience leveraging marketing technology and data to drive marketing implementations, targeting and performance metrics + Knowledge of GM marketing operations and executions across Tier 1 and Tier 3 **Additional Job Description** **Skills** : + Strong collaboration and relationship-building with cross-functional teams. + Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives and share results across various levels. + Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improving internal processes. + Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shift gears comfortably while being an agent for change. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal and external partners. **Join Us** : At General Motors, we're not just transforming marketing; we're setting the pace for the industry.
