ONWARD Headhunting is partnering with a client in Dallas, Texas in its search for a Manager of Corporate Development. This is with an early stage, and highly acquisitive healthcare business. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in healthcare investment banking or transaction advisory, who have transitioned into corporate development.

The person that is going to land this opportunity will have had deep experience with M&A execution, financial modeling, and due diligence support, including quality of earnings and revenue assessments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the evaluation, execution, and integration of M&A opportunities in the healthcare space
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and operating forecasts to support investment decisions
• Perform detailed analysis including quality of earnings (QoE), quality of revenue, and market assessments
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and legal during due diligence and post-close integration
• Support the preparation of investment committee materials, board presentations, and strategic reviews
• Monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities aligned with corporate strategy
• Manage relationships with investment banks, consultants, and third-party advisors

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development
• Proven track record of supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of financial statements, QoE, QoR, and operational KPIs
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with financial modeling best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence
• Based in or open to working in Dallas, Texas on a hybrid schedule
