Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility in top shape. In this role, you'll handle various tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and inspections, to ensure the facility remains tidy, functional, and safe. If you're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in hands-on work, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs (e.g., fix broken locks, patch walls, etc.).
• Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical wiring, control panels, and systems.
• Maintain facility grounds (e.g., trash collection, outdoor upkeep).
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, cleaning).
• Collaborate with the team during renovations and expansions.
• Report maintenance activities and issues to the facilities manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (a plus but not required).
• Ability to work with hand and electrical tools.
• Experience reading technical manuals and drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• OSHA knowledge preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Active role with hands-on tasks, keeping you engaged and on the move!
