Remote Job Opportunity: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California

Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, or group therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct initial assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when needed
• Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in the field

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in California
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate approach
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual platforms
