- Oversee the leadership, direction, and management of project teams and vendor-related activities. Report regularly to senior management on project status and key milestones.
- Work closely with vendors to manage project timelines, identify risks, and develop solutions to address potential delays.
- Ensure vendor deliverables are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain project documentation in line with PMI's PMBOK, including project budgets, status reports, and all other required project artifacts.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of the project, including tracking project expenses and managing any changes to scope, risks, and schedule.
- Manage internal and external relationships (e.g., agency, federal, vendor, state agencies) to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
- Assist with procurement efforts, including developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and participating in bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Maintain quality assurance throughout the project, ensuring the scope is delivered as agreed.

Skills and Experience Required:
- A results-driven, self-motivated individual with strong IT project management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to act independently, exercise sound business judgment, and thrive in an environment with diverse communication styles.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and competing timelines.
- Experience with low-code technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow is a must.
- Previous experience in healthcare or state government settings is highly preferred.
- Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Extensive vendor management experience for IT project or system implementation.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, particularly in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and substance use, is a plus.
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis, market analysis, and developing business case documents.
- Experience with federal application approval processes is highly desirable.

Additional Skills:
- 10 years of project management experience, preferably with large, complex automation projects.
- 7+ years managing IT application/system development and deployment for multiple clients.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and/or ServiceNow.
