Role Description:

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for the Cory Home Team plays a crucial role in the real estate industry by generating leads and setting appointments through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. This position can be done remotely, allowing you to work from anywhere while being responsible for nurturing leads, managing databases, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients by making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, and leveraging online platforms.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and interaction history.
Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing information and addressing queries.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:

Must be a licensed real estate agent or had a valid real estate license in the last 5 years.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sales experience in real estate is a plus.

This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility in location.
