This company is revolutionizing psychiatric care by combining clinical excellence with advanced AI-driven infrastructure. What You Will Do

As the Founding Growth Product Manager, you'll be the architect of the company's growth engine, owning strategy and execution across the full funnel—from acquisition to long-term retention. You'll be building and iterating on systems, analytics, attribution models, and growth experiments that directly impact patients' access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Design & Optimization : Model, analyze, and optimize the full patient journey. Implement event tracking across onboarding and engagement flows.
  • Analytics Stack Ownership : Build and manage a modern analytics stack (e.g., PostHog, Segment, GA4, Amplitude). Ensure high-quality client/server-side tracking.
  • Attribution & Experimentation : Develop attribution systems that connect acquisition channels to CAC and LTV. Run A/B tests across the funnel.
  • KPI Dashboarding : Define and centralize core business metrics—conversion rates, CAC, provider utilization, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Execution : Work directly with the founding team, engineers, clinicians, and designers to ship high-leverage growth features.
  • Success Metrics : Improve “touchless” conversion, decrease time-to-value, increase retention, and scale to 10,000+ retained patients.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years of experience in growth-focused product roles, ideally at consumer startups (bonus for digital health).
  • Experience designing growth experiments and proving results through analytics.
  • Technical fluency in product instrumentation, analytics tools, and data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership—from ideation to launch—of growth initiatives.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and clinical teams.

Preferred

  • Background in digital health, telehealth, or HIPAA-compliant environments.
  • Experience with tools like PostHog, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
  • Passion for mental healthcare and patient-first design.
  • Proven impact scaling early-stage products to large user bases or revenue thresholds.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML in consumer-facing applications.

Compensation and Benefits
