Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the events industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
• Support the Events Manager with logistics and scheduling
• Set up and breakdown event locations as required
• Manage registration and check-in processes for attendees
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and event signage

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Event Management or related field preferred
• Strong interest in event planning and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as events require
