The Employee Relations, Advisor reviews current, and may develop, plan, recommend for company approval and implement new and/or modified employee relations policies, practices and procedures for the organization to ensure uniformity of application and compliance with current and pending legal regulations. Develops materials and communicates new programs, policies and/or changes to the organization as appropriate ensuring approval and compliance with company human resources policies and practices.

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
