The Role

Location: Remote

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000/month (Based on experience)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a meticulous and creative Editor to join our content team. You'll be responsible for reviewing, refining, and polishing content across a range of formats — from blog posts and reports to video scripts and social media copy.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and style.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and designers to ensure content meets quality standards.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s tone of voice and style guidelines.
  • Fact-check and ensure the accuracy and consistency of published materials.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers and support content development.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in editing, preferably in a digital or agency setting.
  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing tools (Google Docs, CMS platforms, Grammarly, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO and content strategy.
  • Background in journalism, marketing, or communications.
  • Knowledge of AP or Chicago Manual of Style.
