CicKo Transportation (/sis- koh /) is an elite trucking company that specializes in tackling oversized, overweight, and non-standard hauling needs. We are currently seeking a freight Dispatcher whose primary responsibility will be to schedule freight for our transportation group, CICKO, based out of our Coraopolis, PA shop.  Applicant must have a proven record in a service or logistics environment. This is a full-time day position. If you think you have what it takes to roll with a crew of drivers and experts who know how to keep things interesting, we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule freight deliveries and pickups of equipment, parts, and other loads
• Schedule drivers, plan routes, and dispatch drivers to customer locations
• Prepare dispatch documents, as well as freight bills and invoices
• Log customer shipping schedules, complaints, and review drivers' logs
• Work with Transportation Management Software (TMS)
• Available for occasional after-hours calls

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a freight or truck dispatcher; 2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure is essential
• Knowledge of applicable transportation regulations and laws
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalency
