Role Overview


Sodexo is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dietitian Nutritionist to join our dynamic team at Sheppard Pratt Behavioral Health Hospital in Baltimore (Towson), MD ! This role is ideal for someone who values patient education and is committed to making nutrition a practical part of everyday life. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced professional, this is a great opportunity to grow your clinical skills and make a meaningful impact in behavioral health nutrition. This position is Monday through Friday, no weekends!

What You'll Do


  • Provide nutritional care for a variety of behavioral health units
  • Perform quality improvement initiatives
  • Educate healthcare team member, including physicians and nurses
  • Work on special projects as they are available

Qualifications & Requirements


Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
