Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have at least one year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a passion for helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you'll assist customers by answering inquiries, providing account information, processing new applications, and handling payments—all while delivering top-notch service.

What You'll Do

Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information regarding accounts, applications, and payments.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).

Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.

High School Diploma or GED (verification required).

Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Valid Driver's License required.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Shift: Monday to Friday (day shifts).

Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual starts on day one.
