About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You’ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective.

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Active LBA license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of ABA experience , including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a clinical team
Demonstrated experience overseeing treatment planning, clinical quality assurance, and data-driven decision making
Proven ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clinical integrity
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and ABA platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink, or similar systems)
Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
