Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales/Marketing Admin to support our construction operations. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with fieldwork and marketing support. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining our online presence, support sales efforts, and help streamline internal processes to keep our team organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local job sites to take photos and videos of equipment and active projects
• Upload and manage social media content on the company website and other marketing platforms
• Collect business cards and contact information from clients and input them into the company’s CRM system
• Assist with planning and executing email marketing campaigns
• Generate and track leads, feeding qualified opportunities to the outside sales representatives
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of projects, customers, and marketing activities
• Work closely with the sales team to create content that supports lead generation and customer education

Qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
• Comfortable visiting a construction job site
• Familiarity with CRM software
