About the Role

The Assistant to the Store Manager for Suit Your Fancy Lingerie and Adult Boutique will perform daily operations -- ensure a high standard of customer service, maintain store organization and cleanliness. Ultimately, The Assistant will be solely responsible for operating the store two days a week and one day a week will work with The Manager.

Responsibilities

• Operation of store during open hours, arriving to work by 10am to perform any number of tasks that must be done before opening: banking, vacuuming, restocking, watering lawn, etc. Staying after closing as long as it takes to complete the close-down processes (make out bank deposit and change order, close out POS, complete time sensitive project, etc.).
• Work on inventory projects at the direction of The Manager.
• Re-stock inventory. (Check daily receipts against extra stock data base and re-stock accordingly).
• Follow and oversee cleaning schedule.
• Assist the Manage with Social Media posts.

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Understanding of proper work dress
• Bright and cheerful demeanor
• Highly developed sense of professional work ethic
• Ability to separate work time from personal time

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word and Social Media

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits after probationary period.
